Sharona - Funnier. She's so blunt. And I love her accent. (New Jersey is it?)

Natalie - She's more caring and understanding of Monk's condition. Sometimes she's funny, but mostly she's more bland than Sharona.

Personally, I like Sharona the best. But Natalie is great too.

I personally find Natalie to be pretty obnoxious. Sharona was definitely cooler.

Natalies backstory is way better. I love her lots.

Sharona was Monk's nurse, she understands the condition much better than Natalie does. The only difference is she wasn't as compassionate because she was trying to get him to stop and help him instead of Natalie appeasing his compulsions.

Sharona I found to get annoying because I felt she was a fairly one dimensional character while Natalie is much more well-rounded.

btw, anybody read any of the Monk books?

oh, and does anybody think the show will end with Monk solving Trudy's case and marrying Natalie with Sharona coming to the wedding? lol... maybe its just me...

I was really sad when Sharona went at first, but now watching the reruns I think she was much more obnoxious and selfish. Natalie's better.
