Miss saigon closed in the UK on 24th June Bristol.. very sadHello
I am new to this board. I have seen Miss Saigon over 50 times, in London, New York, Manila, Southampton and finally in Bristol I have seen nearly every cast there has been and have many different reasons why I like a particular cast member or peformance...
Why God Why... did saigon have to close over here, I was at the lasts show in Bristol and although some of the cast were travelling back to Manila the following morning, there was no final encore or presentations or anything like the last nights in London and around the world...
A very sad time, does anyone know if there will be any performance at any time again in the UK as a part of my fun in life has been taken away...
Thank you so much for reading my post

That's a shame I would have really loved to see it. Maybe it will reopen some day. I hope so.

Rumour has it that it will re-open with the construction of the new theatre above the queens. So that MaKintosh controls that whole block of theatres and Miss Saigon will play above Les Mis. I stress this is RUMOUR...that i heard whilst talking with people at the stage door last time i went to les mis.
