Megan Hilty and Pink Panties!Before I sart, I just want to apologize in advance for offending or annoying anyone by talking about bootleg vids and youtube, but I feel that this is one clip that everyone should at least know about, if not see.
The clip I am speaking of is Megan Hilty's popular, performed on Shoshana bean's last night on Broadway. In the middle of the performance, Megan goees into an impromptu scene where she pulls out a pair of pink Glinda panties and gives them to Shoshana, who puts them on! I thought it was so adorable. Shoshana also gives her best black-girl-ghetto-dance impression. (no offense meant to any black women on here!)
Or, if you're not a Megan Hilty/Shoshana Bean fan, there is another adorable little vid of Kristin and Idina on Kristin's last night, doing Popular. Krisitin does her own impromptu scene, reading from her personal hygene and fashion book ("Deoderant, Elphie. No one likes a stinky witch!")

I know what you're talking about. We do that in our shows all the time on the last night we are performing. Oh and have you noticed that in the one with Idina that they never sing the "Nessa I've got something to confess a reason why well why I asked you here tonight" I watched it four or five times then noticed that part was completly skipped.

Well the "punch" lines with lemons melons and pears is given to Glinda and Fiyero. Madame morrible comes from the steps so I guess they just reworked it and didn't like it. It just shows Elphie coming in and starts dancing then they all dance and thats it. There is no singing finale, just dancing. It kinda sucks personally.

oooohh that bugged me so bad when I watched it! no one else even seemed to care, but I did!
and i will definatly go watch the pink panties video!

That video was taped before the opening of Wicked, so it's a preview performance, therefore several things are different. The "lemons and melons and pears" line was still Boq's and Nessa's at that time, Galinda says a different line in the Shiz opening, and yes, Boq and Nessa didn't have their Dancing Through Life bit at the Ozdust yet.
