Meeting the Cast after performances in Chicago

Hi, I'm new!I've seen Wicked twice (once through the lottery[front row Very Happy ] and once as a school trip) in Chicago. I have heard many people saying they met cast after the performance by waiting by the stage door or something. Is there something like that in Chicago because I would love to meet some of the cast! ( I already know about the dinner with the cast thing!) Thank you for your answers in advance!

Yes, Chicago has a stage door, and it's usually, in my exeriance EXTREMELLY quiet, like 15-20 people maybe. But anyway, it's literally right behind the theatre. Just come out the front doors, turn (either way) go to the side of the building, turn, and just follow the building around to the ally behind the building. You should see a black sign above one of the doors that says "Stage Door" and there you go! They usually have a small set of partitions up so fans don't get into the cast's personal space, but considering the light number of people I don't really see the point, at least when I've gone (4x now...) it's been quiet, and the cast is always, in my experience been extremely kind about autographs and such.
