MdN showsHow does MdN decide which shows get their own forum?

Sally (site owner) decides. She's disappeared, that's why the layout is a bit screwy.

You have to PM one of the few Mods, who may email the board founder, Sally. But she doesn't care what this place is like, or she would be here every now and then checking on things. She's the one who can add/ remove forums.
AKA, we've got what we've got, and that's it.

Basically. The newest update to the site was in 2006 I think, so either she's just forgotton or isn't bothering with us anymore.
But I wouldn't know really.

Luc, Sally does care. She cares a lot. If she didn't care, she would close it down. As it is, she's a busy lady with a life beyond musicals.net who has enlisted moderators so that it can keep running even though she's not able to babysit it herself. (And honestly, if you look at the grief her representatives get half the time, can you blame her for not always hanging out here?)
New boards have been added from time to time, especially recently, but it is true that it's not a usual occurence. Which is why we have the general boards where you can talk about just about any show.

I agree with the first statement, that she cares. I'm sure she does. I draw the line at the "a lot" part, though. If she cared a lot, she would know that our boards look like shit and need updating.

I don't think it's that bad...annoying, but as long as I can read posts and comment, then I can get used to it.

I agree. I mean, let's just be thankful the forum hasn't crashed or something and she hadn't come to check on it. THAT would be bad.
