Make up / Hair for Cinderella AuditionThe story. Only a week to go and it's the auditions for my amateur society's / Community Theatre (if your're American! ) panto production : Cinderella.
***Note NOT R&H Version***
I have now decided to go for all the roles. With Cinderella, The Fairy and Dandini my top three!
I'm really stuck on what to do with my make up and hair. Should I wear hair down???? Make up wise - please any advice is welcome.

Keep everything simple and neat. Wear your hair down and clip the sides if it is hanging in your face...Also, wear natural-looking make-up and RELAX!
Wear something nice, perhaps a solid color dress or something...Nothing with patterns that are too crazy...

Thank you! I'm thinking of wearing a black wrap around dress over trousers. I will try 'le natural look.' Thank you for your help as always! I will update you

Well I auditioned for Cinderella, Prince Charming and Dandini (the last 2 are Principal Boys ) I was going to go for the Fairy Godmother but they want a 'mature lady.' :p But I can see their point.
Anyway the callbacks are this Sunday. My audition went well but my singing was a little shaky but I was confident. I did two pieces of dialogue my second piece of dialogue went much better as I knew the lady who was auditioning for the Fairy Godmother therefore I was relaxed. I also had to waltz to some choreography I had to learn on the spot...
Hope I get a role so I'm working so hard at the call backs!

Yes lol. Well we all did (about 6 of us?) because we were all at a high standard so the director needed some more time to make a decision etc etc. Fingers crossed it goes well.
