So, I haven't been here for QUITE sometime, but I knew you guys would be able to help me decide.

I am in the mood to purchase a recording of Mack & Mabel, but I am unsure of which one to buy. Do I get the original Broadway Cast recording with Bernadette Peters or the 1995 London Cast?

I usually go for the OBC whenever possible, but the london cast recording has a few more songs included.

If this is on the wrong form I do apologize. Thank you for any help you can give!

I have both, and I much prefer the OBC for Robert Preston's wonderful delivery.

yes..preston and peters are unbeatable..and lisa kirk is also in the OBC.

the london version is weak.

however the mack and mabel concert c.d. is worth a look after you own the oBC.
