hey!
I am going to be auditioning for my community theatre's production of ITW soon(this includes people of all ages). I am 16, but look younger (I got mistaken for an 8th grader). I can dance well. My acting is OK, but I seem to do better at wacky characters such as Patty Simcox. My singing needs some work, but my friend had told me I am a soprano. I am a brunette, with brown eyes, about 5'6''. What roles do you think would be good for me??
I was thinking of Little Red, but I was worried my singing wouldn't be up to snuff for that role. And, I can't seem to find a copy of the DVD or the CD to hear her sing. Is there any online downloads that I can use to hear some of the songs, including hers??

I am long brown hair, brown eyes, and about 5'6''. I can look young, and can dance very well. My singing is OK, but not the best, but my acting is OK, but awesome if it is a wacky character like Patty Simcox or Zanetta Shinn.

Realizing this is curt: we heard you the first time.

Check the videos and compare yourself to the rest of the auditionees. If you feel that you can't handle the role, you probably can't; I prefer a Red who can act more than one who can sing but is stiff as a board, but that's just personal taste. If you're really nervous, try out for several roles.
