Litte Women chorus? Is there a chorus in Little Women? Or is the show only the sisters, Marmie, and a few other parts? My University is doing this in the spring and I doubt I would get an actual character since I am not a music major but I'd still like to be in it.

When I saw the show (Touring professional company) there was no chorus. I'm actually not sure if there is any scene where a chorus could be added...
The show stays pretty close to the family at all times, so there isn't really any crowd scenes.

MTI says that the parts played in Jo's stories can be fashioned as extras or a chorus. There aren't any traditional "chorus numbers" though.

It was the same on Broadway.
The show is written with no ensemble. Almost all understudies were standbys.

My college is doing it right now, and that's what they've done. And when you add the fact that they double cast all of the larger roles, there is a cast of about 25 people. It seems to be working fine, though.

I dunno, the people in Jo's story are on so infrequently, I don't think it's worth having chorus people in them.

^That's very true. The "chorus" in our production is on at the beginning of Act I, for about two seconds before "Take a Chance on Me" and at the beginning of Act II. But it's really an honor to be in an OCU musical at all, so I'm sure most of them are perfectly fine with hardly being onstage at all.
