lip synching?I saw it and i thought that they were lip synching--
1. no inflections in their voices when they were hanging upside-down. i tried this. it is considerably more difficult to sing when you are upside down.
2. the apes's costumes weren't banging against any microphones. and i didnt see any microphones either.
3. there isn't a conductor. there is a "musical coordinator"
4. they just didnt look like they were singing!!
any thoughts??

Just because there was no conductor doesn't mean they were lip synching. Trust me.
And, if they WERE lip-synching, Disney would have hired good singers. They sound like crap, so I can't imagine that Disney would get those voices because they sound better than the actors.

What pathetic people... if you're going to be in a musical, you have to be a triple threat.
