How can you even ask that question???? Of course you should get kittens!!!!  And you can think up names that are particular, peculiar and more dignified. My kitten is called Cierron Skyshadow. He's like a baby Munkustrap!!! *melts*

Three cats is good. But more cats are always better. =P As long as you can take care of them. Just make sure you don't take on a load to care for that's larger than you can manage.
Otherwise, go for it. Kittens are wonderful. ^_^ But no doubt you're aware of that. XP

LOL my cats are VERY spoilt. If I got them they'd be well loved and looked after properly. They'd be happy kitties. The only issue really is my oldest cat is nealy 18, would she like it?

I had two cats, then I got a kitten. At first, my two cats didn't like the kitten. Caspie just hissed, but Kit got really grumpy and he wouldn't even come inside for a while! But after a few weeks they settled down, and Caspie and Cierron are really good freinds! (it's so cute!) Kit is the alpha, I think!!! ^_^ He tolerates the other two, but Cierron sometimes hides behind things and begins to jump out, but changes his mind mid-jump and runs away! But he playfights with Caspie all the time. ^-^

Go for it. As long as you have room for them and you think your older cats could handle the new addition(s). You know your cats best, so you'll have to judge. An eighteen year old might not appreciate being jumped on by a kitten, so try to keep them seperate if at all possible. However if the cat is tough, mean or passive, it shouldn't be a great big problem. And if your cats are anything like mine, the older cats will mind for awhile, then just pretend they mind when they really don't care. Just get two plus kittens so they are more likely to keep each other occupied.
Oh, and you might not want to just think, "Wow, everyone's saying get some kittens so I should." You are asking a Cats board after all, what else would we say? Just remember that you're the one who's got to deal with the kittens, and the possible problems between the kittens and the older cats, not us.

She had them this morning, the last one was born about 40 mins ago and guess how many??

Two hours after the last one was born she had another, bigger than all the rest. We hope that's all now. Bless.

Mabel is going to be ours and one of the black one but we're not sure which one yet. He may be named Fred. But we don't know for sure if they are boys or girls so all names are temporary.
PS my fiance named the piccies and spelt it Maybel as a joke.
