I'm trying to decide whether I should take the trip up to NYC for the Lion King or get a spendy ticket @Kennedy Center. (It's a sold-out show in DC and really difficult to get tickets now.)

Could anyone comment on tLK at the Kennedy Center? seatings, stage, etc.? (maybe compared to Minskoff if you've been to both theater?)

If I get tickets for the Kennedy Center, should I go for middle orchestra seats or 1st tier?

the Kennedy Center is really nice, no matter what seats you're at. I happen to love it. But that's just me.
