What do you think of the video? Have you at least wondered what a Keith Michell and/ or a Keith Michell & Victoria Shaw "Sound of Music" and/ or a Keith Michell & Julie Andrews movie might have been like?

I keep wondering how sexy, and how interesting, Keith Michell would have been, if he'd been cast as Captain Von Trapp.

Keith michell is one of the fineast actor/singers the stage has ever seen.

Now I think playing Von Trapp would have been a waste for him after his brilliant performnces in Robert and Elizabeth, Man of LaMancha and La Cage Aux Folles however.

He's a very versatile and fine actor. I think he'd have made an interesting von Trapp, but perhaps just a touch too conventional. Plummer did bring a more complex and suave air to the part, and had a deeper speaking voice.
