Kansas City or I Cain't Say No?

Hi! My friends and I were having a disagreement over which song is better, "Kansas City" or "I Cain't Say No". So, I decided to take it to the forum and find out what everyone else thinks! So which do you like better?
Aimee

I prefer ICSN but it really is only a preference and not something I would argue about. Laughing

ICSN all the way. Only because I STILL have Kansas City stuck in my head from November! Gah, I hate that song! Twisted Evil
Bree

Sorry -- cain't (hehe) decide -- I love them both!
Norma Desmond

"I Cain't Say No" all the way. "Kansas City" is fun too, but it can get damn irritating.

They're both really good. I liked Kansas City better when I saw it.

Both are really good, but Cain't Say No is hilarious. Plus my friend swears it's my theme song.

When I did this show, I was a cowgirl/ranch girl, so I would have to say "Kansas City" - It was just so much fun!. Smile

"I Cain't Say No" is definitely better! Very Happy I'm sorry, but although "Kansas City" is a catchy tune and all, it seems like it's over too soon and the ending is so abrupt. It's a good song, but personally I just love "I Cain't Say No." Hehe.

Isn't it funny that the two songs that you're debating over for the best song in the show are both sung by the secondary leads, NOT by Curly or Laurey? Rolling Eyes More proof that the Ado Annie/Will storyline is way more interesting. Or at least I think so. Just a thought! Cool

Maybe i'm biased because I played Ado Annie once, but I definitely think I cain't say no is the best. It's such a funny song and so much fun to sing. Kansas City is good too though, because it has a lot of dancing.
