Julia Murney contract?

Does anybody know when Julia Murney's contract expires on broadway? Im thinking about see wicked on spring break next year (mar. 14th - 31st) and i would loveeeeee to see her. Ive tried looking everwhere for it but i cant seem to find it. maybe it hasnt been released...sorry if it hasnt but if anybody knows that would be awesome! Very Happy

According to Julia Murney Online, no date for her departure from Wicked has been announced; but when she does, I really REALLY hope she might do a stint at Wicked Chicago> I'd love to see her, but there is just no way I'm getting to NYC anytime soon... too busy trying to pay for last year's trip to Wicked London!

Spring Break next year is a long time away!
I mean, as far as I know, she's still on Broadway now! And her contract will probably expire in a month or two.

As for next year, that's undetermined.

I heard it was October. I wish I could see her and Kendra again before one of them leaves!

I think it's October.

But I've heard when she leaves, Stephanie will do a 3 month run on Broadway. I've also heard Stephanie and Jenifer (sp?) will going on tour.
What Is This Feeling?

They don't want to hire any new girls, just shift the women around from each production. Lol, I think I'd like Julia though. Maybe better than I liked Eden. Maybe not. Idk.

Someone on another board I read said they already had tickets for Oct. 7 for Julia's last day, and someone on Broadway World said they had tickets for Oct. 7 for Kendra's last day. I'm confused. Neutral

Maybe they are leaving together.

I just sorta got an idea.... maybe others have though about this as well, may be not... does anyone perhaps think....... Heather Headley could tackle the role of Elphaba? I have recently wondered. Such an amazing voice. I'd like to see her in another powerhouse role than Aida, I can't stand that show. She has the voice range. I mean Easy As Life, is only two notes lowr than the highest note in No Good Deed. I'm sure it accomodates her range. Just a thought? Anyone agree, interested, appaled? haha.

Interesting. Is that normal for leading ladies to depart their shows on the same night?

It would be cool to see a double last night! Smile

I never thought about it before, but considering how amazing she was in TLK (I didn't bother to see AIDA), I totally see your point.

Hmmm...
