Where has this talented actor been? He createdt he role of Scar and was appearing on Babylon 5 around the same time. I havent seen his name attached to any theatre or tv projects in ages.

He did a play last year in Los Angeles, and that's about all I've heard. I miss him, he was a great Scar and my favorite.

I saw him in a east coast-near west tour of My Fair Lady. He was Higgins. Vickery is just amazing. He and the Colonel really made the show...the Eliza was a little too old and her accent was less than fantastic. Fantastic actor. My father caught him during intermission and had a quick chat with him. He was sitting on a fire hydrant and was smoking.

My Playbill reads of him: Originated the role of Scar in the Broadway production of The Lion King and subsequently played the part in the Los Angeles production for two years. Other Broadway productions include leading roles in The Sisters Rosenweig, The Real Thing, Eminent Domaink Ned & Jack, and MacBeth at Lincoln Center. He has worked extensively off-Broadway and in regional theatres all over the country, recently completeing a successful run of David Hare's Stuff Happens at the Mark Taper Forum. Other Regional/Off-Broadway appearences include the title roles in Tartuffe, Don Juan, The Misanthrope, Hamlet, MacBeth, Richard II, Richard III, Pericles, The Death of von Rochthofen, and Romeo and Juliet. Film: Murder b yNumbers, Patriot Games, Big Business, Dr. Giggles, Rapid Fire, Out of Bounds. Recent TV: Frasier, N. Y. P. D. Blue, Without a Trace, Star Trek Enterprise, Judging Amy. He dedicates his performance to Jen and Alexandria.

I already posted, but I have to say that I have seen many people play the role of Scar, and no one can beat John Vickery. He was so amazing and talented, I loved him!
