Jekyll's Son?

I heard a rumor that this was a character in Jekyll and Hyde. Could someone please fill me in on whether or not this is true, and if so, what would be a good audition song for him?
Brother Marvin Hinten, S.

Not true.

Jekyll's father is a character in J&H ... but don't audition for him. It's a non-speaking role. Essentially, you just lie there looking crazy.

Yeah. No Jekyll's son in this show. And the father just lies there dead while Jekyll holds his hand and sings "Lost in the Darkness." That's all.

I dont think there is in either edition o the musical. There is his father who is mentally ill and just sits in a wheelchair at the beginning of the musical while lost in the darkness is sang to him then is wheelsed offf never to appear again.

No-his father his-but no son. Maybe there's one in the book? I don't know...maybe-but I don't really think so-however I've never read the book so I can't say.

There is no son in the book either.

yes there's a father who is useless and the plot shouldn't be based on him.
