If there will never be a London one - there certainly won't be a Japanese production.

I have a feeling unless it lasts like 15 years on Broadway, London, Japan etc, they wont release other recordings.

But, I'm sure it will last forever!

Just because a London cast recording was never issued, it's a little naive to think that foreign locales will have no recording made.
In terms of cast albums, Japan and Germany rank among some of the best - and there will almost definately be a recording made of the Stuttgart production. It's more a question of 'when' not 'if'.
