Forum Casting Rules:

For those not used to this, all you do is Cast Forum members in the roles you think they would play. Please try to cast forum members who are active posters, and not those who have been banned or absent for a long time.

We're going to tally up the casts. To those who got the most votes in each of the roles will officially be that character for the next six months. The "runners up" will be cast as the understudies. And others who were cast will be the swings.

The only things to post in this thread are the cast lists you are submitting. Please send "thank you's" and "Please explain why's" to the casters via pm or in the discussion thread dedicated specifically for it.

This casting will remain open from January 1st to January 14th, giving two weeks for people to respond....plenty of time. Hopefully, one of the moderators will lock the thread at the end of the day on the 14th, at which point the tallying will begin and hopefully be posted by the next day or so.

Since this has the potential to get people jealous and worked up, some ground rules have been established:

1) If you're going to get offended at not being cast as your favorite character or not being cast at all then post saying you don't want to be included at all in this thread.

2) If there's a tie, the title of 'Official Whoever' will be shared.

3) All names on the cast list should be filled in to make the tallying up of votes fair..ie if only one person put someone down as Victor then nobody else would get a shot so please fill in the entire list. Lists that are filled out with less than 30 characters casted (out of the total 37) will not be counted.

4) Don't put down the same person as everyone else is doing in one role. Try to make these lists individual to you and your opinions of people's personality online.

5) Don't cast yourself as a character. You can hint to others who you think you are most like if you want, though (most like, not your favorite character).

6) Perhaps try not to to go by 'name" (i.e.~ I don't automatically cast Carbucketty as Carbucketty because of his name similarity to the character.)

7) If people don't think they know that many people here in order to cast them all, try to look at the forum member list and cast them as the first character that pops into your mind. If no character pops into your mind when you see their name, then move on to the next name. If characters are left over, try going over the forum member list again and randomly pick someone to fill a role.

6) Please don't make posts with just comments in it or tallies in it. This thread is for casting lists only. There is another thread for comments.

7) Enjoy it!

One or two people will be in charge of keeping the official tally and will post the result eventually, however volunteers are welcome to also submit their tallies, to serve as a way to check the accuracy of the official tallies. All volunteers will be thanked in the Forum Cast List post.

Please keep 'thank you's', personal tallies, and 'requests for explainations why you got voted into a character' in a pm or the "casting discussion thread" to help keep this list unclogged for those working to tally it.

Cassandra – Swan (who will always be my Cassandra; I feel she fits the character to a tee; very selective in her tastes, courteous but always maintains her status)
