Is this considered recent?Well, on my audition form it says to state the most recent show you've been in... Should I put Madeline's Christmas even though it's still going on?

Yes. Especially if it will be over by the time the auditions will be held.

I'm often cast in shows months ahead of time- just put (upcoming) or (current) next to the show title. If they want to know more, they'll ask you.
