Is there a recording?I have recently discovered Assassins. I think it is an amazing show.
Are there any recordings of it. I know that the cast recordings exist, but did they record the show?
I know a lot of Stephen Sondheim's shows were recorded.

Do you mean like on DVD?
There are two cast recordings of the score.

There are two audio CDs, the original and the revival.
There are no filmed versions, save for someone who was in a college production and put the whole thing on Youtube.

Thanks, I knew that they had the two cast recordings on CD. I was hoping for something on dvd such as a live recording. Obviously there is not one.
