In a little while lyricsCan anyone tell me what she means when Larken sings "in a little while, just a little while you and I will be 1, 2, 3, 4.I know she is pregnant, so I get the 1, 2, 3. But what is she meaning by the 4? Thx! |

The lyric is
"in a little while, just a little while you and I will be 1, 2, 3, for in a little while I will see your smile on the face of my/our son to be..." |

thank you so much! Makes a big difference on delivery. I appreciate your response.

if that is true, then why does it say one, two, three, four in the script?
Is Larken expecting twins? |

It's a cute, fluffy song. I wouldn't lose much sleep over why she punctuates a sequence of "one-two-three" with "four."

the assumption is that she is going to have twins.
but it is never completely backed up especially when she says "on the face of my son to be.." there she is hinting to one child |

The four could be an eventual second child....
and it's a play on words...the same thing happens in Opening for a Princess |

how would you be able to figure out you were having twins in Medieval times?
I always took it as "for" and thought it was just a play on words, although i can't account for it being in the script...but as for the lyrics website, there are A TON of typos and wrong words in lyric websites. |
