I WANT TO BE THE LEADING PLAYERI do all the productions at a local high school and they have decided that pippin with be the musical this year. I have been in 7 of their productions and i have never got a lead. I REALLY WANT TO BE THE LEADING PLAYER. I have a good chest voice and I have danced for many years. I have to sing a song at auditions that will really show my range and blow them away. Can anyone help me?

Leading player is a WONDERFUL role. You not only have to show off your voice, but you have to show off a great sense of humor in your song and everything. You need to do some very nice movements. Try a sort of difficult song, because even though Leading Player is fun, in my high school production right now (I'm in the chorus) it does not look easy at all.
