I did this show two years ago as Tumblebrutus and was thinking ther other day of how much I miss it. The costumes, the music, the dancing, even the set...I would love to do Cats again.

Basically, my question is (for those of you who have been in Cats): Do you miss being in the show, and why?

I miss it too - I was mongojerrie.

I think it's a great show to be in. I mostly just miss the ability to dance like that in a musical those oppritunities are really rare in musical theater.

I miss my production too!
I was Tantomile, and the whole show was just so much fun. I had some really great friends in the cast too, who made it an awesome experience. I agree with what Highkick said about the dancing too- my community is definitely not one that is full of triple threats, so for them to attempt a show like Cats was really rare and probably won't happen again for a while.
Also our director was incredible, and really inspired the cast to reach above and beyond- and I think we did.

I loved the musical cats, but it seemed alittle different than most musicals. The singing was good, and it really did spark my interest. I have a squidoo page http://www.squidoo.com/cats-tell_namesandmeanings that has my love of cats expressed on it. However, Andrew Loyd Webber did a great job trying to bring out a cats personality of how they thing and feel and move. This did impress me very much
