I know it's a long way off but...i will probably be in a production of my fair lady with my youth theatre group. i'll be 15. at the moment, i can hit high c quite strongly and my singing teacher says i have a huge range. (i can hit f and e3 well, too)
i can remember songs quite well but i have trouble with long passages of speech.
i can play both extremes of wealthiness and i'm cconsidered a comedy actress but i'm not sure what parts i might be in the running for...
what parts do i stand a chance at getting?

The only major female role in the show is Eliza Dolittle, the lead. If you have the vocal range and the ambition go for it. Other female roles are Mrs Pierce and Mrs Higgins. Neither one has much of a singing part. The chorus also sings, so if you don't get the lead there is ample opportunity for fun roles in the chorus. In the chorus you would play both poor folks (the Cockney folks around where the Dolittles live) and righ folks (at the ball and the horse races at Ascott). Hope that helps.

I'm going for all the leads because there were really no restrictions for auditioning...
