I get to suggest musical numbers for my theatre's medleyI'm already auditioning "I, Don Quixote" from Man of La Mancha, but I need to think of more to suggest (we only get to audition one piece). Just throw out great musical numbers at me, everything from Gilbert and Sullivan to (dare I say it) Andrew Lloyd Weber. Nothing too too racy.
What I've got so far (suggest better numbers if you want):
"I, Don Quixote" from MOLM
"A British Tar" from HMS Pinafore
"Trouble" from The Music Man
"Everybody Ought to Have a Maid" from Funny Thing Happened
"Age of Aquarius" from Hair
"Scenes From an Italian Restaurant" from Movin' Out
"Glitter and be Gay" from Candide (yeah, I know hard does not even begin to describe the piece, but we have lots of talented sopranos in our school who might be able to handle it)

How about as an opening number "Instructions and invocatons to the Audience" from The Frogs by Stephen Sondheim? It's a duet and very funny...otherwise how about:
"The Egg" from 1776
"Easy Street" from Annie
"Anything Goes"
"Almost Like Being in Love" from Brigadoon
"Willkommen" from Cabaret...Also could be a good opener...
"If Ever I Would Leave You" from Camelot
"June is Bustin' Out All Over" from Carousel
"The Begat" or "When the Idle Poor Become the Idle Rich" from Finian's Rainbow
"So Long Dearie" from Hello, Dolly!...good finale...could be a group number...
"Guys and Dolls" or "Sit Down You're Rockin' the Boat"
"Ever After" from into the Woods
"Stars" from Les Miserables
"Send in the Clowns" from ALNM
"Suppertime" from LSOH
"Everything's Coming Up Roses" fro Gypsy
"Oklahoma!"

"Please, Hello!" from Pacific Overtures
"When You're Racing With the Clock" or "I'll Never Be Jealous Again" from The Pajama Game
"Never Never Land" from Peter Pan
"Lily's Eyes" from The Secret Garden
"Some Enchanted Evening" from South Pacific
