After all, there aren't too many roles for boys... unless you count Warbucks staff ensemble. How many cast members did you have? What was your overall experience in it like?

Actually, no, I didn't, but I can picture it all too easily.

I've seen a few productions, but they were community theatre so they could just cut out the boys.

I imagine with many high school theatre departments, a lack of male talent makes a show where you only need Warbucks, Rooster, and a few halfway-competent chorus members ideal.

Musical Theatre International (MTI). They have both the full version and a smaller Junior version which comes with performance tracks.
