How did you reanact the parables

We are trying to use some pop-culture refrences
Stollhofen

I performed Godspell in July 2006, and we used a lot of movie/tv show references. For example, the Prodigal Son was done to a Star Wars theme. Throughout the performance, accents changed depending on the situation and character they were portraying.
We also did a carousel, dog-references, prolonged deaths, etc.

What are some of the other parables in the play?

I know that when we did it, I was the first narrator/son... If you know MadTV, you know the character 'Stewart.' Well, I threw in a little, 'Noo... I don't wanna.' with a high leg-push when the father tried to have us reconcile.

Really? How original.

Sorry. Couldn't resist.

"The Man" was Paris Hilton. Robin wore big sunglasses and carried my daughter's toy dog and said "That's Hot." after Jeffrey said ..."and let's hear it for the master!"

Our pharisee, the one compared to the tax gatherer, was Donald Trump. Gilmer flipper her piggy tail over her head and said "You're fired."

Jeffry's rap was to the rhythm of "We Will Rock You."
