I think you missed some very colourful language there...I think he dropped some f-bombs that night too, not to mention calling Chrisitine a b**ch. Apparently it was his last night and he wanted to go out with a "bang"...so he swore like hell when his mask was torn off  ...I guess it worked, because I wouldn't forget that, if I'd seen it live...alas I've only heard some really crappy almost inaudible audio footage iof the infamous night.
