HELP: Need ScriptsMy theatre camp is going to do a series of workshop shows this summer, in which we perform a few songs and choice script cuttings from current popular or experimental shows. This breaks up the monotomy of the same classic shows over and over again. However, some of the scripts are somewhat rare, and we were wondering if anyone has them. If the need should truly arise, we'll transcribe them from a video, but I prefer to first see if i can find a copy, or even someone else's transcription, first. It doesn't matter if the script is pdf, word, or even on paper, but let me know if you have it!Scripts we need: Thoroughly Modern Millie Reefer Madness Dirty Rotten Scoundrels Little Women Pageant Tapestry Spamalot If you have them, know someone who has them, or transcribe scripts, please respond or PM me. But please help me out, as camps start on June 12, and we need to have these shows! |

You can try this website:
http://libretto.musicals.ru/index.php?language=1 I must tell you, though, that what you are doing (regardless of whether you or making money or if it's for a good cause) is illegal because you are stealing money from these writers. |

I suppose so, but in these days of lawsuits and copyrights, everything is stealing money from someone. Want a good laugh? Read the list of offenses printed on the inside of a CD jacket. Copying, lending and even borrowing a copyrighted album is a crime. Nothing is free anymore unless you can write it yourself, and don't even think about paying a composer or lyricist to collaborate... they'll milk you in the end.
That said, if anyone needs a composer or lyricist, I'm available. |
