I don't know everything about nearly all of them, but I can help fill in some of the blanks. =)

Picture 2 - Broadway, Marlene Danielle
Picture 3 - (his name's escaping me, and I'm sure our resident Munk buffs know, so I shan't say anything - I think it's from Berlin, but I'm not 100% sure)
Picture 6 - Either Hamburg or Stuttgart, not sure
Picture 7 - London '98 - that's one of the promo shots they took from the London production when they were making the video, if I'm not mistaken

Picture 9 - London, not sure of the year, and isn't that Guy-Paul? Can't spell his last name. lol
Picture 10 - London '97, Jo Gibb, and I'm not positive of who's play with her (I'd guess Drew Varley, but.... *shrugs*)

Picture 10 is Drew Varley and Jo Gibb in London, 1997. I thought at first glance that Picture 16 was the US Tour, but at second glance that idea faded....And I believe Picture 7 is Nick Searle, but I'm not positive.

Picture 1 is from Hamburg, actually. They used it for a lot of the Stuttgart advertising, but it was taken in Hamburg about 1997-ish. Can't remember Rumple's name at the moment, but Mungojerrie is Enrique Segura.

Picture 5 I want to say is from Broadway. I can double check my collection and give you an update when I get home.
EDIT: Well, if the Rumpus Cat (Picture 5) is from Broadway, it's not the picture I was thinking of. I'm not sure where it's from. Sorry.
