I need a headshot by tommorow (possibly the next day). Unfortunately, I don't have any current professional ones. This is all I've got, unless I miraculously snap some quick ones tonight.

a. Do you think this is an acceptable homemade headshot? Or should I try some more.

b. If so, can you touch it up, please? Thanks a butt-load.
Oh, one more thing! It *must* be in Black and White.

I can't figure out how to resize it, sorry.
