Have song, need audition

So, we have the audition song thread, but what if you have a song or some songs that you sound just really awesome singing, or just really like, and want to know if they would be appropriate for an audition?

Kind of a game. Name a song or songs, and get some feedback for what show or type of show it would be appropriate for, as an audition song.

I'm recently just getting into Jekyll and Hyde (yeah, I know, where have I been, right?) so I like a lot of songs from that show, especially Lucy's " No one knows who I am" and also "In his eyes". Besides just singing these in my car for fun, is there a show/ audition these would be good for?

your turn!

The songs from that show are suitable audition songs (for anything 1970's plus that requires you show a high belt), however they are very popular and songs like "Someone like you" and "In his eyes" are overdone really.

True. But just for fun, is there any audition/circumstance when they would be appropriate? Like a very small community theater production of ________ where overdone songs aren't an issue, or something.

We get a lot of questions about what to sing for BATB auditions, but what about the song "Home"? Is there anything one could use it to audition with?
anyone want to play?
