Halloween Costumes

So I figured since Im sure alot of us dressed up for Halloween it would be fun to see pictures of everybody CATS and nonCATS. (I was not a cat) Anyway yes....I cant wait to see what everyone looked like
Lady Jemima

I'd like to post my photos, but my costume isn't 100% finished, and I'd rather show it off when it is. But I can't wait to see everybody elses! Wink
Soloque

well Ill get it started since I have pictures now Very Happy

Me as Christina Applegate/Sweet Charity (complete with broken foot..not seen)

Myself and Smudge (as me circa 2 months ago)
(and the infamous foot)
*asterix*

my halloween 2005 photos
my camera sucks in poor lighting and I don't have a good program at home to tweak up the photos much better so a lot of them are muddy. Sigh.

In brief:

a bunch of my classmates had been asking about my CATS costumes, so I wore my Bombalurina to school yesterday.

And then ran off as soon as class was out to get changed in time to meet up for shadow cast photos (these aren't them, they were taken on a better camera) at Rocky Horror Picture Show ("I am Riff Raff, hear me... scowl.")

^ in the lower right (camera pov), with a tad too much highlight on the forehead >_< dur... I wish I had a good shot of my back-hump, that thing was sex-ay Wink
And in the "space suits"

Alex, my dear...
You make a very delightful Bomba...

Soloque? You do have a striking resemblance to Christina... And the matching cast and brace ensemble with Smudge is very chic...

Here's my set. My friend Chris and I decided to be Eowyn and Aragorn from Lord of the Rings. I did a almost never seen outfit of hers and made Chris in to Strider.

At a halloween party we went to. The picture taker wiggled so it's blurry, but you can still see the costumes

At my Grandparent's house (Complete with RCAF banner in the background).

So first off..

Look familiar? ^_^ Yep, the Plastics, and Edward Scissorhands <3 Now let me explain about his hair and makeup..well see what happened was his hair WAS messy, and the makeup DID look good in the morning..but well..a school day doesn't wear well on those sorta things, so his hair went back to being blahish ( Not that I mind. I LOVE his hair ^-^ ) and his makeup got messed up. Gotta give him props though for spending 3 hours trying to figure out the scissorhands <3 He tried and had fun, that's all that matters.

Pacman ate me ;-;

Val was a geisha!

Adjusting my wig x_x;

Chey was a Trailer Trash Fairy, and Ashley was Magenta from RHPS

Yes, she was tapping people on the head with her wand, saying 'You're trailer trash!'. I think she captured the look PERFECTLY.

Amanda as a "naughty librarian" as she likes to put it, and I.

Chase as Zorro <3

Magenta and a seduced cop ( Monica )

My friend Megan and I =D Megan was a sailor.

Ta da? Sorry about the pic spam but hey :-p PS: Don't you just love our retarded school? For a school of the arts, they sure could make it look nicer! It's an open breeze way school and people walk on/off campus all the time, and 13 classes are out in the portables ( gutted mobile homes, basically. )

Hey, my high school was Mt. Tabor, but everyone called it Mt. Trailer cuz we had so many mobile units...
Leccy

My boyfriend and I went as Dangle and Clementine from Reno 911!

I scared *SO* many drunk people that night who thought I was a real cop. And yes, Will *did* Nair his legs for the costume. They're fun and prickly now.

Nemi

Leccy, that is so flipping awesome. Dangle's shorts are a bit too long, though, it seems Wink.

I was a Jedi Knight for Halloween... there might be pictures somewhere... I didn't take any, myself.
Drumdraper

Nothing orginal, just Munkustrap.

MrsJemimaMistoffelees

Me as Christine Daae from POTO. Yes, the picture has been "played" with. My face looked bad in the original picture. Mad And it's in B&W because the effect looks cool Wink

The dressing gown was made by M.net poster, operafantomet.

Re: Meow

Rumblepurr, my good sir, you are too kind Wink

Saffity - squee, you're gorgous babe! ... And blonde, hehe. Please tell me there will be detail shots of those costumes in future...

sweetjemimakitten - your trailer trash fairy story was terrific, thanks for a happy laugh Cool

MsJ - could that possibly be the same little boy who fussed and refused to dress up this summer? Granted, this attire is certainly more to the character which he expects Smile What's he think of the decorations this year?

VERY gorgeous Victoria costume! And may I say, I LOVE your facepainting website! I'm a make-up freak.
Moongewl

I wore three different costumes this Halloween, one for a birthday party, one for Rocky Horror, and one to school. Unfortunately I didn't get a shot of the first costume I wore(I was a gypsy). Here are the other two:

My Rocky Horror costume, a fallen angel. Note if you can the smudges on my arms--that's where I "fell from the heavens and hit the pavement." Actually, it's from the spray I used to color the straps of the wings(they were white, and I couldn't stand it). The red thingy I'm wearing as a skirt is actually a cape. This is after I came home, at 3 AM. Before I had on dark lipstick and whiteface, more because I'm so used to going to Rocky Horror in whiteface than for any real costume reason. And because it was dark at the theater, it didn't matter that I was wearing about 3 clashing shades of red.

Me as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. (Ignore the fact that I wasn't photographing well at all Monday.) You can't see the shoes--which I wound up painting in my second hour class with a bottle of red nail polish--too well, but they turned out very nicely.

Our resident Glinda, who made her entire costume herself, and was the reason I was Dorothy in the first place. We had to watch out around her wand though. I tickled her, and she almost poked my eye out on accident.

My favorite last second costume--a Non-Player Character. He kept telling people he had quests for them.
Jemima57

You all had some great costumes !

MrsJemimaMistoffelees, you had a lovely costume !

Roxanne, you're Victoria is soooo beautiful ! *asterix* you make a great Bombi !

Kragey

The NPC costume just made my day.
Fantine

Oh wow the Victoria costume is really pretty Smile I like the last photograph Smile

I wish we had Halloween...
AngMisto8182

My Halloween costume actually turned out pretty well... I was Velma Kelly from CHICAGO, it was so fun. But there was NO good way to sit with a dress that short... Laughing I'd post pics but unfortunately I don't have one. Wait until JemiBoe's party and then ask him to tell you how fab it was. Very Happy Juuuust kidding.
~Bal~

Great job, eeeeverybody!

Roxanne. My gosh. i remember when you were attempting your first costume EVER, and now look at you! *sheds a tear*

MsJ... is that really Karl? he's getting so big! And adorable.

Alex - spiffy Bomba makeup, and new warmers... and NICE on the Riff Raff hair. I tried to get down there to see the show, but alas, got stuck with candy duty at the last minute...

Speaking of candy duty, I was dressed as Johnny-Depp-style Willy Wonka...

Pictures at my livejournal: http://www.livejournal.com/~Fairlithy

If you wanna wade through the last couple of entries.

The reason why I don't post directly is the first one is kind of... NSFW, as it were. *blush*

Again, great costumes, everybody. Smile
Eponine Poe

Wow Shocked !!! Awesome costumes everybody! Roxanne, that Vic costume is gorgeous...I want one, lol ^_^ Also whoever was Bomba, I think it was *asterix*, that was pretty nifty too. Very Happy Aw, AngMisto, I wish I could see your Velma Kelly costume...yay 'Chicageo'. Very Happy

Personally I will have pictures of myself on Halloween as Angel Dumott-Schunard from 'RENT' up as soon as we get them developed. Very Happy Yup, I'm a RENThead...yaya. I was Rumpelteazer for Halloween last year though, I'll try to find those piccies.

le gra go deo,
Eponine
Filakatessa

AMAZING costumes everyone! I personally dressed up at a Renn Painting of an angel...long story, and there is only ONE picture that I am aware exists out there and I'm on a hunt to find it. I will share once I get it in my grubby little paws. lol.

Re: Meow

Yes, Rumblepurr & ~Bal~, That is Karl. He is growing up so quickly! He got his first haircut on Tuesday and he no longer has the baby look. He definately looks like the toddler he is now.

*asterix*, yes, that is him. He didn't like getting dressed up at first, but soon enough just loved wearing it....especially the crown! Smile And yes, the attired fits his personality to a T. Hehe...
He didn't want to leave the front yard. He insisted on being out there and helping his aunt and uncle put up the decorations. The decorations don't scare him one bit! Here's some pics of the yard decorations this year:

Two "Ladies of the Forest"

Another 'Lady of the Forest' and a ghost

This one is hard to see. Remember that mask I had made a long time ago using the CATS eyes logo? Well, it became the newest "Lady of the Forest" Heh...the "CAT-Lady of the Forest". Smile

And here's the whole yard...well, at least the walkway the trick-or-treaters had to go through. Smile

~MsJ
MrsJemimaMistoffelees

Oh wow, MsJ...Those decorations are amazing! If I was younger, I would have loved to gone to your house! ^_^

MrsJemimaMisstoffolees, is that a replica of Christine's "Hannibal" Costume from Act ! of Phantom you have on in your photo?
MrsJemimaMistoffelees

Yes it is! Operafantomet (a poster on here) made it for me. Isn't she talented? She's also made replica's of the "Wishing" gown, the "Elissa" costume, and Christine's "Masquerade" costume.
