Hairspray West End

Can't wait for Hairspray on the 11th October, it's going to be amazing! I have dedicated a Hairspray forum which I would like people to add to and discuss it there! Thanks, if you could spread the word about it too it would be great!

Thanks!

(PS, I know that I have posted this somewhere else but I think it's in the wrong section!)

Hairspray is magnificent and I think it will run for years. i think also it will become a cult whereby the audience will dress up in OTT dresses/wigs as they did for Rocky Horror show.
Why is no one going to the new forum as in the link in the previous post? Confused

I'm gobsmacked that no one else has commented on this fabulous musical....has no one seen it?!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw it on Wednesday and it's excellent! There was a technical mishap during the opening number so the show had to be stopped and then started again, but the actress playing Tracy handled it like a pro.

Hairspray is a stunning show a huge hit with critics and audiences alike. Leanne Jones is great as Tracey she just seems to have taken it all in her stride. Michael Ball's Edna is adorable, funny, very convincing his duet
'Timeless to me' with Mel Smith literally stopped the show when I saw it.
Can't wait to go again.

Hairspray won the Evening Standard Award for best musical to

Actually if I'm not mistaken, one of our members who posts quite frequently runs MusicalTalk.

Nickhutson is his name.

Yeah I know but he doesn't only post. I almost mentioned him, but I didn't.
