I'm sorry, but I don't know of any, but I as well, would also like to know if you can find a copy. It's nice to look at the choreography and get some ideas...

Jcobble54@yahoo.com wrote me back, and said that you can get a copy of the PBS taping of Crazy For You. The site is professorvideo.com and apparently, the videos come quickley as well. (He recieved his within 3 days of the order.) Hope this helps!
