Got a great question for everyone! :)

I will be attending a musical theater party in a few weeks, and wanted to get your guys' opinion.

You are supposed to come dressed as someone (or something) from a musical. It can be ANY musical. I think I'm going to stay away from anything that's currently being obsessed on by a gazillion people (aka Wicked)...trying to find something original (and hopefully recognizable).

I'd LOVE ideas on pairs (guy and a girl) and ideas for just girls.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Smile

THANK YOU ALL! Razz
Hanniel!

Something from Millie would be cute,
and could definitely work for pairs.

There's one idea.
Salome

Haij and Lalume from Kismet
Mistress

Sky Masterwson and Sarah Brown from Guys and Dolls (sorry not very original XP)
Set_Buildin_Dad

If you're really into makeup go as a couple of characters from Cats, that would be fun.

Give us some idea of your age and build, and I'm sure we can come up with some really good ones.

Something from StEx. Turn up on rollerskates!

The party will be attended by mostly people in their late teens to early thirties.

I need ideas for friends of mine that are a couple: she is short, long long blonde hair, slim, and he is very tall, skinny, blonde hair.

As for me...geez, I'm not sure if I'm going by myself or not yet...so I will let you all know.

These are great ideas! Please keep em coming! Smile

Maybe they could go as Elle and Warner from LB.

She could wear loads of pink and he could wear a Harvard jumper? Or something like that.

I was thinking of Legally Blonde...but I think a LOT of girls will do either Galinda, Elphie, and probably Christine from POTO.

These are GREAT!

Anyone else?

Now, it doesn't necessarily have to be PEOPLE, either.

For example, I suggested to a group of people to go as things from "My Favorite Things" (i.e. a kitten with whiskers, a brown paper bag tied up with string, etc.)

Thanks you guys! This rocks!!!
