Girl roles...Are there any roles in this show that are good to be played by a girl or woman preferably a younger or teenage girl?
Thanks for any help in advance.

the only real girl roles in this show are the narrator and potifar(sp?)'s wife. the rest are the wives who can be played by teenagers, i think. my sister was one of the wives when she was 15. but the wives are pretty much ensemble parts.
yeah i hope this helped, i tried.

hello!I completely adore this musical!
Depends on how they are going to do the production because when i was in it, the wives were in every single scene, except for 'canaan days'. But we obviously played parts besides 'wife'.
It was really fun, so good luck with your audition!

It's at my church so I'm not sure if any of the male parts could be played by a female but there's more of a chance than most professional theaters doing this show I'm guessing.

Like what they've said, The Narrator is the only extensive role of a woman...but Mrs. Potiphar catches some attention as well the Apache Dancer...
