Funny stuff. This first thing relates to the film version. It's become an inside joke amongst my friends and I. Because they took out songs like "Ah Miss," Anthony sounds like a real creeper. So if I see one of my friends and they don't notice me, or visa versa, I ring their cellphone and say (in super creepy voices), "I feeeeel you, Emily! I am in the dark beside you! Burried sweeeeetly in your yellow haaaaair!" It's started to run over in to other fandoms...Desperate Housewives was a hoot last night.
Now, this one's kind of depressing. It happened in my 8am class.
GIRL: "I love Sweeney Todd!"
ME: "Oh my God, I love Sondheim!"
GIRL: "Who's Sondheim?"
I couldn't respond after that, because, you know. I f!cking died.

You shouldn't have died. She should've died.
Disclaimer: I'm not advocating death on anybody, but if anyone were to die, I'd rather it be her than Kragey.

I think it's funny how people can "love" shows and actually know nothing about them. I know that non-theatre people aren't nearly as inclinded to find out the history of the shows and such...but...one would think that if you "love" a particular show or movie you would look into the minds behind it...maybe?

^ Most likely, and while I think that excludes her from a lot of things, I don't think it excludes her from at least knowing who wrote the damn thing.
Alex, dahling, I would never die on you! <3
