I was Assistant Costume Designer on the FCLO CATS set. Did all the wigs, tails, and most of the painting and dyeing of the costumes.

The costumes have had some hard use these past few years. The full set was created in early Feb. 2005, so they probably will last about a couple more years, but not longer than probably 3 more years. They are taking a beating during shows and each time they are cleaned they get a little more threadbare. The wigs are shot now, I've been told, and most of the unitards I originally painted are being "retired" due to the hard use. The Warmers and Tails are holding up very well, as I see them constantly in use in the recent rental photos going around.

Are you doing a regional of CATS? If so, I would love to give you more information. Thanks!
