She has a few lines in the Cabinet scene. She sings a short duet with some other guy during the "Tomorrow" reprise. It's what I would consider a cameo role, as she never appears again.

The actress playing Perkins in our production is also in all the group scenes (Hooverville, NYC and the Servant numbers). So you may end up being on stage a whole lot more than you think!
