I want to be Ariel. I'm thinking of using Frank Mills from Hair (I'm using it for an audition for Sandy in Grease). Good idea?

If you're going for Ariel, you'd better be able to belt... Does that song show off your range? Make sure that whatever you sing shows off your voice. If you've got the voice, this is a GREAT role to have. Make sure the director knows that you're a candidate for the part.

I'm auditioning for Footloose in Iowa in a couple of weeks. I'm going to sing a the last portion of "The Life of the Party" from The Wild Party. Shows belt, range, energy. It's a good song for the two young female leads.
