Food Network Challenge on...I didn't want the title to be so long but yes the Food Network had this challenge where all these teams of chefs had to make a chocolate piece and a sugar sculpture based on Broadway Musicals. I was excited to see that one group based it off POTO and Cats in the sugar sculpture. I thought it was so pretty. Another group had an Aida sugar piece inside another one. There was also Chorus Line and I forgot the rest ^_^;. I thought it was really amazing to see all that done but sadly, some of the pieces were destroyed in the process of moving them to the judging table. There was a really pretty one where the guy had moved it too fast,Keep in mind this is a very delicate sculpture, and the sugar came crashing down. It's really a nail biter because you get to see how they start off and as time runs out the poor chefs get so nervous you can't help but fear for them. I forgot who won but if you have the food network keep an eye out for it because they tend to do repeats sometimes. I tried to look for pictures of the pieces but I couldn't find any. I'll keep looking though and if I find any pictures then I'll post them ~_^
