Hi everyone!
I auditioned for my drama schools production of Oliver! last Friday and I went for Nancy. It went pretty well, I sang As Long As He needs me, read 3 nancy scenes and then they got me to sing a bit of Oomp pah pah! WIm pretty sure we will recieve letters soon letting us know if we got in and if so what as...so Im so nervous! I want a part so bad! Just thought I'd let you all know Thanks for all of your advice through the time I've been posting on this forum....you are all great!

I got Nancy!!! I am so excited! I really worked hard for my audition and it payed off! Its not until May next year but rehersals start Monday! I am so happy! Oliver rocks! Thanks guys! No doubt I wil be on here again asking for help!

By the way....does anyone know if there is a dress design our cotume maker could follow for Nancy...I love the one in the movie! Thanks!

Nancy almost always wears low cut red dress /skirt and top of the period, long so that she can lift it up to show her ankles in Oom Pah Pah.

That is super exciting! I hope that I can say the same thing in about a month when I try out for Nancy!! I just posted asking for help so I hope I get lots of replies. If you could leave any advice you might have on my post that would be greatly appreciated, you obviously know what you are doing because you got the role!
