Mame

One fun thing that people have done with Mame- it's such a campy show as is, so why not cast the females as males and the males as females? If timid, mousy, then slutty Agnes is a man in drag, and ridiculously butch Dwight Babcock is a woman in a moustache, imagine the laughs.
Sweeney Hyde

Thoroughly Modern Millie is swimming with good girl roles, but you also need some really good males.

A...My Name is Alice

All female cast- you could cast anywhere from 8-16 girls. This musical is a BLAST, it deals with everything from first dates, to best friends growing old together! A GREAT SHOW!! I recently did a production at my college and it went over WONDERFULLY!
