"The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" is the only one I've ever seen, so it's my default choice. I also remember the late 1960s TV series, starring Hope Lange and Edward Mulhare; the latter also played Higgins.

Major Barbara. The only others I've seen are Cleo. and Yellow Rolls Royce. Major Barbara may have had some influence on both Happy End (Weill-Brecht) and Guys and Dolls.

"The Ghost and Mrs. Muir", although I really like his performance in "The Agony and the Ecstasy" as well. "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" is such a beautiful film, the cinematography and the score are just so great. I also am partial to Gene Tierney as Lucy Muir.

This topic is interesting.
I really love "Dr. Dolittle", but I also love "Midnight Lace," wherein Rex Harrison plays a rather sexy role!
Thanks in advance for your reply.

I find Rex Harrison in midnight lace to be one of the great villian portrayals in film history.
