Hmm... tie between Climbing Uphill from Last Five Years or Christmas Lullaby from Songs for a New World.

Gaaah. I have no clue. Most (read: all) my picks are from L5Y.
I think I'll have to go with...Climbing Uphill. Just for that one bit:
"I will not be the girl stuck at home in the burbs
With the baby, the dog, and the garden of herbs
I will not be the girl in the sensible shoes
Pushing burgers and beer nuts and missing the clues
I will not be the girl who gets asked how it feels
To be trotting along at the genius's heels
I will not be the girl who requires a man to get by
And I..."
Love the piano in it too.

I know right? So long and annoying!
I will say "Stars and the Moon." Such an amazing song! Love Audra McDonald's recording of it.

Omgosh what a ridiculously hard question--having not heard SFANW, I'll have to go with:
Factory Girls/Come Up To My Office and That's What He Said from Parade
Shiksa Goddess and I Can Do Better Than That from L5Y
And props to his arrangement of "Good Thing Going/Company" that he did for the Sondheim Carnegie Hall Concert. Though that wouldn't count for this poll, it's probably my favorite rendition of a Sondheim song ever, the only exceptions being Len Cariou's Epiphany and Dean Jones' Being Alive

I only really know L5Y, and it's impossible for me to pick just one favorite... I love them all!

I dunno, I'm not a fan of most of the story until he gets out of the story, somehow its not terribly exciting. HOWEVER, the nanas really perk me up for some reason, they are really awesome. So I never skip the song, but usually am just waiting for the nanas to come.
My favorite song would probably be Moving too Fast. The piano part makes me happy on its own, and the rest is awesome too. Again in this song there is something that randomly is awesome to me, that being the "slow slow step on the brakes" bit and all the other ones like it, just so fun (especially to sing).

I tend to skip it too, but it is still my favorite JRB song to sing.

I just think that it's an invntive arrangement--I just really thought it worked for the song, very atypical, but still effective.

I absolutely adore The Next Ten Minutes from The Last Five Years. It's so beautiful...someday I want to play it at my own wedding. (Though hopefully my marriage wouldn't turn out the same way...)
