The only thing I actually saw him in was taking a bow from the audience at the televised Tony awards in the late 1980's.

I voted for Fred Grahm/Pertutio in Kiss Me, Kate. It's such a great role(s). We all know that that is one of the roles that everyone does like him. You can do Curly or Haj differently but everyone is doing Drake when they do Kiss Me, Kate.

What happened with him during the in between years?? Anyone know, its like he was big, then poof nothing. He did spuratic tv work after 1975, but he didn't die until 92. He probably still had a good couple shows in him.

Drake has some health problems in the late 1970s and early 80. it made performing on stage impossible for him.

Your prayers are (partially) answered. I do not have this, and Blue Pear is not noted for sound quality, only rarity of source material: http://www.castalbumdb.com/rec.cfm?RNumber=2061 |
