I'm auditioning for Fame in a few weeks and I need a little advice. I want to play either Carmen or Serena but i cant decide... which one would be more of a fun character role to play? also, what songs/type of songs would be best for each character for my audition? any help is greatly appreciated.

Carmen is definately a more fun character personality wise and she has upbeat fun songs to sing.....so if your looking for "fun" then Carmen is fun. haha how many funs can i say in a second?
Erm Serena is also a great role, her songs are really nice and the story line with her is interesting, Serena is more serious that Carmen. I think serena and Carmen are both passionate about what they do, but Serena is willing to work for her Fame whereas Carmen wants it all now! To play Carmen I would say you'd have to have a vibrant personality and be very confident.
