It might be a bit easier for us to give you some suggestions if you give us some specifics ...
What sort of duet are you after -- comic? love? classic? contemporary? Is it for two people of the same gender or different? What are the strengths/preferences of your duet partner? What are your ranges?

Well, if Grease is the word is anything to go by, anything from mamma mia, footloose, or we will rock you are legit theatre songs, not just rehashed pop-songs

I really like "The First Man You Remember" from Aspects of Love. And "It's De-Lovely" from Anything Goes.
Also, "People Will Say We're In Love" from Oklahoma! is fun. And "I Shall Scream!" from Oliver!, if you feel like playing some older characters
And some other random suggestions ...
"It Takes Two" -- Into the Woods
"Love Song" -- Pippin
"It Couldn't Please Me More (A Pineapple)" -- Cabaret
Good luck in finding something! (And let us know what you choose )

My friend and I just did "Piddle Twiddle and Resolve/Till Then" from 1776, which was great. We also did the first few verses of "Everyone's A Little Bit Racist".
"Sue Me" from Guys and Dolls is good for a baritone and mezzo.
"You're the Top" from Anything Goes is funny.

I think it a bit unlikely that she can hit that high E reliably, although if you could, it'd definitely be a showstopper. XD
How about
"Sun and Moon" from Miss Saigon
"A Little Fall of Rain" from Les Miz
"Take Me As I Am" from Jekyll & Hyde
"Brave Enough for Love" from Jane Eyre
"Written In the Stars" from Aida (if you're going for more of a pop-style)
"A Girl In the Valley" from the Secret Garden
"I've Never Been In Love Before" from Guys & Dolls
"Therapy" from tick...tick... Boom!
"Small Umbrella In the Rain" from Little Women
A lot of my favorites have already been mentioned so here's a much abbreviated list.

Somebody mentioned "A Little Priest" from Sweeney Todd for a belter and a baritone/bari-tenor
brilliant choice!

This song (although originally written for Oklahoma!) was used in Cinderella, but was later added to State Fair (for the parents of Wayne and Margy to sing) when it was turned into a stage show and is on the State Fair OBC 1996 recording, should you want to listen to it.

For soprano girl and tenor boy:
*Metaphor from "The Fantasticks"
*Soon it's Gonna Rain from "The Fantasticks
*They Were You from "The Fantasticks" (although this can be done by a Mezzo girl too.)
*Tonight from "West Side Story" (may have already been mentioned)
*Follow Your Heart from "Urinetown"
For a soprano and a baritenor/baritone
*Our Children from "Ragtime"
*Wheels of a Dream from "Ragtime"
For a mezzo or alto girl and tenor-ish (i think) boy
*Notice Me Horton from "Seussical"
*Different from "Honk"
*You Can Play With Your Food from "Honk" (the junior version has it written that the cat can be sung by a boy or girl...I don't know about the regular version)
*Forever Yours from "Once on this Island" (not sure if that was already mentioned)
*That's the Showbiz from "Ragtime"
*Tell Her I Love Her from "Urinetown"
For an alto and a baritone
*It Takes Two from "Into the Woods"
*Any Moment from "Into the Woods" (not sure what voice type the prince it)
*Do You Love Me from "Fiddler on the Roof"
For a girl who is young and a boy who is older
*Hello Little Girl from "Into the Woods"
*I Don't Need Anything but You from "Annie" (I don't suggest this if it's two highschoolers though...but i don't know what this is for!)
___________________________________________
I'm also fairly certain that there might be a good male/female duet or duetS in Aida.
I haven't heard it in a while but I know it's a duet-
*Who's Got the Pain from "Damn Yankees"
I'm not sure how much Hodel sings in it but there's also
*Now I Have Everything from "Fiddler on the Roof"
Mayyybeee...
*My Rules from "the Goodbye Girl" or
*Paula (an improvised love song) from "The Goodbye Girl"
And then of course there are songs from "Songs For a New World"
But I still LOVE the idea of "A Little Priest"!

That's why I put the "" around from...I know the history...if you posted this for Angel of Music then I understand...

Oh and the same person that mentioned A Little Priest also mentioned All Er' Nothin from Oklahoma- which would be a really fun one! So I second both of those!

This isn't a "fair" duet (one sings much much more than the other), but "Perfectly Marvelous" is a great one from Cabaret. It would be more acting intense while Sally sings to Cliff...but it is very fun.
